Mark Nienow exceeded our expectations at our meeting today. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Medicare Plans and options. Very articulate, factual and unbiased in explaining our options for Medicare A, B and prescriptions options which was primary purpose for meeting today. Mark enrolled both my wife and l in new drug coverage based on our historical medications. The result was a better plans and once that saved us $2,000 .
